Once the latest version of Sales Pipeline is enabled in your database, the offers you have created via the Artlogic app can be synced to your Sales Pipeline.
Please note: this only applies to clients using the latest version of Sales Pipeline. If you're unsure, contact us at support@artlogic.net.
Sign in to the Artlogic app
In order for someone to access the Sales Pipeline options available in the Artlogic app, the user must have a Sales Pipeline licence. Ensure your user has a Sales Pipeline licence.
You can see how to log in to the Artlogic app here.
Steps: Sending, creating and recording offers
- Find and select your chosen artwork(s) via these steps.
- In the Email Options window, add your recipient and construct your Offer Email.
Important: You will need to ensure that the email address added to the Recipient field matches your existing contact's Contact Record exactly in order for Sales Pipeline to automatically recognise an existing contact.
If you enter a new email address, the system will create a new contact record in your database' Contacts (see more information here). - Toggle on Create Offer in Artlogic.
Only users who have been assigned a Sales Pipeline License will be able to see this option in the Email Options window. - Once you have completed and sent your email in your device, you'll see it appear as an offer record in Sales Pipeline.
Adding New Contacts via the Artlogic App
If you enter a new email address into the Email Options > Recipients field, the system will create a new contact record in your database' Contacts.
Clicking Additional Contact Info enables you to add this Contact's Name, Organisation, and Notes. When these fields are filled in, they will be added to this new contact record. You can then add in additional details in your Database.
You can also toggle on Client has consented to be added to mailings in the Additional Contact Info window in order to add this new Contact to your Mailing List.
Adding Tags
Offer tags in Sales Pipeline allow you to give each offer a customisable mark that ties it with a specific outreach or event. This means you are able to track and assess the strength of outreach from a given time/location/event. Please see the steps here to create them.
When recording an Offer made from the Artlogic app in Sales Pipeline, you can apply these tags straight from the app by clicking the Tags option.
Record Sales and Availability Status from the Artlogic app
Being able to change the Status & Availability of an artwork record from the Artlogic app is currently a Beta feature. Once this has been enabled, you can follow these steps to do so.
