Learn how to navigate through and search for artworks within the Artlogic app
Once you have successfully logged in to the Artlogic app, you will be prompted with two separate collections: Artists and Artlogic Database Private Views. What each of these contains, as well as how you can search in these collections, is detailed below.
Automatic Artist Private Views
The artists that appear in your app are determined by your Automatic Artist Private Views. If you need to make changes to this you can do so by going to App > View Settings > Automatic Artist Private Views. You will also be able to choose if you want all artists to be visible on your app, or a selected group of artists.
Artlogic Database Private Views
This collection will populate with all of the Private View links that have been generated in the Artlogic database and shared to the app. You will find this setting on the edit screen of the Private View link.
Navigating an individual Private View
Once you click into an individual Private View you will be prompted with a list of all of the artworks within that Private View. If you click on an individual artwork you will see a detailed view of that artwork, which includes the following information:
- A larger view of the artwork image
- Additional artwork images.
Please keep in mind that you will need to have the applicable setting enabled in the artwork record on the database for additional images to appear. You can read more about this here. - All of the core artworks details
