How to manage editions in Automatic Private Views

You can now choose how your Edition records are displayed in Automatic Private Views. This guide explains how to hide Editions and view or manage Edition details within an Automatic Private View.

Hide all Editions in a Private View

To hide all Editions in a Private View: 

  1. Click Settings. 

     

  2. Click Account and navigate to Automatic Private Views.

  3. Toggle ON Hide Editions.

This will now hide all Editions from your chosen Private View, making for a more seamless experience.

You can also choose to hide all Editions from the Automatic Private page in the App by clicking the three dots (•••) settings menu in the top-right corner and select Hide Editions.

View Edition Details

To see more information about individual editions:

  1. Look for artworks with the (E) symbol on the main screen — this indicates they have editions.

  2.  Click Details on that artwork.

  3.  Under the Edition section, click View All to open the full list of editions.

If you are unable to view Editions, ensure you have shared the Editions via the App settings in the Management System.

From here, you can:

  • Offer individual editions
  • Share edition artworks

  • Update their availability

Note: Changes to availability may take a few minutes to reflect in the system.
