What we offer
Our expert training sessions are designed to help you get the most out of Artlogic, whether you're new to the platform or looking to refine your skills. We offer two flexible training options to suit your needs.
1:1 Training sessions
Our 1:1 training sessions offer personalised support on specific features and workflows. Whether you're in sales, marketing, accounting, inventory management, or managing your website CMS, discover how our advanced tools can enhance your workflow. Learn tips and tricks from our experts to streamline your processes and maximise your use of Artlogic.
How much do we charge?
This type of training is chargeable at our standard hourly rate (£200/US$260 /€240 + VAT) for the meeting. Alternatively, if you’re looking for more in-depth learning, we also offer discounted bundles:
- 3 hours: £400/US$520/€480
- 4 hours: £500/US665/€600
- 5 hours: £600/US$780/€720
These bundles give you more time with our Specialists at a better value, so you can get the most out of your Artlogic experience. Our bundle offers come with a one-year expiration date, giving you plenty of time to use all the training hours you’ve purchased. This means you can schedule your sessions at your own pace and take up to a full year to complete them.
How to book?
Booking a training session is simple. Just follow these steps:
- Read our training page: learn about all the available options.
- Choose your topic: depending on your role in the organisation, pick the training topic that best suits your needs. Topics can include: a general overview of the systems, sales and marketing tools, accounts reporting, inventory management or how to navigate your website CMS.
- Get in touch: find a time that works for you, and book your session online by emailing support@artlogic.net. To ensure we match you with the right expert, please let us know how many people will be attending and their roles within the organisation.
- Get ready to learn: our team will send you an invitation to a screenshare meeting along with any relevant materials you need before your session.
NEW: Group training sessions
If you're looking for a more cost-effective way to learn, our group training sessions cover key Artlogic features in a structured format, allowing you to gain valuable insights alongside other users. This sessions is perfect for beginners and will provide a general overview of the system as well as help you navigate the basics as you set up your account.
