What's been updated?
New Invoice settings panel UI
We've made a number of small UI changes within the new Invoice settings panel to create a better experience for clients.
Retail prices in Private Views
Some clients were experiencing an issue in Private Views which caused price information to display within the edit screen, despite the 'show retail prices' toggle being off. This has been resolved.
'Medium' field on QR labels
The team fixed an issue when using the QR stock code generator, where the 'medium' field was incorrectly linked to the dimensions toggle, it now works as expected.
Update to 'owns work by' field
This update ensures artworks in credit notes or credited invoices will no longer be added to the 'owns works by' field in the contact preview pane.
Update to 'shared to website dates' field
Previously, for clients to view the 'shared to website dates' field for artworks sent to the website, a beta preference had to be enabled. This feature is now complete and included with all integrated databases.
Error when user resets an invoice
We removed the ‘test transaction’ button for draft invoices, as when used, this would generate a large number of unnecessary errors.
What's been fixed?
Missing label in TaxJar integration
We fixed a small series of defects with tax labels when clients used the TaxJar integration.
'On consignment - returned' fix
We fixed a mapping issue for accounts using the online store: artworks with the ‘on consignment- returned’ status would be unavailable for sale on the online store. We’ve improved the UI here to more clearly indicate the expected behaviour and allow clients to make returned artworks available for sale.
Automatic insurance calculation on edit screen
There was a defect effecting the calculation of insurance reports when calculating for stock works to equal 'cost price' plus 0%. Automatic insurance calculation will now respect the value in the field even if it's plus 0%.
Invoice field validation fix
This fix amends the invoice field validation so that UI changes (such as a save button appearing/disappearing) are only triggered for the field actually being edited, and not all of them.
Insurance report numbers option
This fix reinstates the 'Number items (1, 2, 3 etc.)' tickbox option for the Artworks > Insurance reports.
Incorrect invoice payment status fix
Some clients experienced a problem after creating a credit note for existing invoices whereby the status of the artwork was showing as paid even though the new invoices are unpaid. The payment status in the artwork preview pane should now always report based on the latest invoice raised.
ArtBase > Artlogic credit notes data
A few clients who had moved from ArtBase to Artlogic had noticed that credit note invoices were not displaying their legacy data correctly, and were often incorrectly appearing as empty credit notes. This has now been resolved and the data is displaying correctly.

What's new?
CMS Homepage Redesign
We've made some updates to the design of the main website CMS homepage. This aims to improve the overall user experience and includes our new Help & Support videos.
New artwork sorting option
We've added a new option to the artwork filters beta feature that allows clients to sort by the 'artwork creation date'.
Show feature popups on subpages and individual records
Feature popups can now appear on individual records. Other record types are selectable from the dropdown menu. This is available for all clients that have popups enabled.
Website styles on Stripe Checkout Fields
You can now apply main website styles to the Stripe checkout fields. This ensures that the Stripe checkout fields follow the style choices made in the CMS, which include: colours, fonts, font sizes, and font weight.
Translations available in Tax settings
You can now add translations to fields in Online Sales > Tax Settings.

We have updated the Twitter / X logo on the social sharing dropdown.
CMS Publication Record Improvements
We've updated the info text below certain fields on publication records to improve visibility. These fields are to aid in internal data management only and are not reflected in the end user facing portion of the site.
Full Bleed Feature Panel fix
We've resolved an issue that was blocking full bleed feature panels from being added to the page using the visual feature panel editor.
Blog Image Settings Not Working
We have added new options to the 'blog grid type' settings, allowing clients greater control over blog settings.
AMLD5 Threshold Logic
We have made adjustments to the currency conversion methods for anti money laundering checks, to improve accuracy of AMLD5 threshold comparisons.
SEO tools user permissions
This update provides non admin users on the “Website Essentials” plan access to SEO tools and the Website launch guide admin sections.
Mailchimp GDPR ID Integration
We have built in the ability to add a GDPR ID field to Mailchimp mailing lists, in order to enable Mailchimp verification for mailing list forms with GDPR permission fields.
What's been fixed?
CMS Custom Tax Rates of 0%
We fixed an issue with 0% tax rates for publications. They used to apply 0% rate, now a 0% tax rate defaults to the base tax rate.
Exhibition Subtitle Spacing
An issue causing subtitle spacing on exhibition detail pages to display incorrectly has now been resolved.
SSL status shows as 'not secure'
A problem causing the 'SSL Status' column on the 'Connect domains' page to show as 'Not secure', when SSL certificates were correctly issued has been fixed.
'Disable enquire button' in integrated accounts
Some clients experienced a problem with the 'Disable enquire button' setting in their integrated management system, as the setting wasn't being reflected in certain areas of their integrated website. This has been fixed.
Incorrect number of records when pagination is enabled
There was an issue causing the incorrect number of pages for news, press, and publication records to display when pagination is enabled. This has been resolved.
Exhibition title/subtitle redirecting to other language
We've fixed a problem for clients with multi-language functionality that was causing the exhibition title and subtitle links to revert to the default language, as opposed to the selected language.
403 Error when sharing blog to Facebook
An issue directing users to a broken page after sharing a Facebook URL has been found and resolved.
Translations in form popup
An issue with the contact form popup not being translated to the correct language when opened has been fixed.
Chinese (Traditional) not translating dates
A bug that was causing websites with Chinese (traditional) and Japanese translations to not translate dates correctly has been fixed.
Inconsistency with Homepage Mobile Header Options
We've repaired a small error that was blocking mobile header images from not showing the 'standard' homepage slideshow type.
List Description error
A small bug causing issues to record list page layouts to be broken has been resolved.
Exhibition Preview error
Some clients experienced an issue with exhibition previews not opening correctly, this has been fixed.
Dynamic Artist Biography Panel
We've fixed the styling inconsistency for the 'share' button on artist biography panels.
Visual Drag & Drop Feature Panel Editor Error
An issue with the visual feature panel editor on online viewing rooms which was causing a 'page not found' error when a viewing room had a future date, has been fixed.
Permissions when a user has no permissions
We fixed an inconsistency effecting the viewing abilities of the online sales section for CMS users that had no permissions enabled.
