Optimise 'tags' searching in Sales Pipeline
We wanted to address the speed with which clients with very large datasets can utilise the advanced search or filter for tags on sales pipeline records.
What did we do? - We adjusted how the search operates on our servers when looking for tags in Sales Pipeline, which allows the query to be found by the system much faster. This has reduced the wait time to just a few seconds.
What's been fixed?
Reliability improvement for Sales Pipeline when reverting Status & Availability in an offer.
Now when an artwork is reversed from a Sales Pipeline offer, the status and availability will reliably revert to the same s&a the artwork had before the sale. We also ensured this continued to function smoothly for clients using custom statuses.
Sales Channel filter values
We resolved a bug that was affecting the sales channel filters within Sales Pipeline. The values previously did not appear despite there being sales channel values. This has now been resolved.
Invoice quick link
We have fixed a bug that was affecting accounts with multi-gallery functionality and segmented invoice records enabled. The quick link to the invoice from the artwork record preview pane is now functioning as expected.
Invoice duplication
Some clients noticed new invoice numbers being duplicated as part of the draft invoice number roll out. Other clients witnessed a secondary 'Invoice' heading appear in their downloaded PDF invoice. Both have been resolved.

'Website users can now set prices for online sales in Brazilian Real (BRL)
What did we do? - Feedback informed us that clients wanted to be able to sell works via their online store in Brazilian Real (R$). So we've added to the currency drop down, making sales worldwide even easier.
What's updated?
Create new offer records for each website enquiry
What did we do? - For any clients with an integrated CMS and Database that also has Sales Pipeline: We made an update to the way offers are created when generated as a website enquiry. Now rather than simply updating that artwork within pre-existing offer records, a brand new offer record will also be generated for that enquiry.
What's been fixed?
'Clear sort' in website CMS issue resolved
There was an issue for some clients when attempting to use the 'clear sort' functionality in the 'Sort artworks for website' feature, as it was too slow reflecting those changes on the front end. This has now been resolved.
