What's been updated?
Improved Workflow for Batch and Personalized Offer Emails
We’ve improved the sales workflow to allow clients to send batched and personalized emails more efficiently. Clients can now use the new 'send offer email' quick link in the contacts preview pane.
The new panel allows clients to personalize the template to each recipient, with the 'save the text for next time' button streamlining the process further.
New way to search the 'Sold To' field
We’ve added a new 'Sold to (contact search)' field to the advanced search. This uses a search & select field and will return all records sold to the id of the chosen contact, regardless of how the name is entered into Artlogic [lastname,firstname etc].
Improved filtering of location details in the Artlogic app.
We've made it easier for clients to filter artworks based on location/storage details within the app. Clients can now filter by a specific location e.g warehouse 5, shelf 7.
Greater Security for email addresses
We've built in greater security measures to the email preferences page to mask personally identifying information (PII). Email addresses previously listed as email@address.com will now display as e****@a***.
What's been fixed?
Invoice Regeneration Fix
We addressed a bug, affecting some clients, that restricted invoices from being regenerated due to a missing invoice number. This has now been resolved.
Tax Inclusive Invoices with Sundry Items Fix
This fix ensures that the tax is correctly calculated for tax inclusive invoices containing sundry items.
Private Views Edit Screen Fix
We’ve addressed a bug in the Private Views edit screen that could, on rare occasions, affect performance. This has now been fixed.

What's new?
New Plan Usage and Limits Page
We've added a new page in the CMS to help clients better understand their current website plan, usage, and limits. This includes your artworks, artists, viewing rooms and user limits.
Essential Website Primary Language
Clients on an Essential website plan now have the option to switch their primary language for the front end of their website. This can be adjusted by going to Settings > General > Default language.
Ability to Re-order Shipping Method Options
The option to drag and drop to re-order shipping method options in the drop down menu is now available for clients to use. You can order the options in the Online Sales settings.
Add files to any/all record types
We've built file upload capabilities to all record types in the CMS, to allow clients to attach documents to any record. This has been specifically built to support exhibit-E migrations to Artlogic.
New fields added to store checkout for VAT/Tax
We've added a new VAT/Tax number field to the store checkout. This has been built to support e-commerce for countries where the VAT number is required at the point of sale.

Improvements to standard mobile image slider
We've made improvements to the responsiveness of home page slider images when viewing on mobile to provide a better user experience.
More Content Width Options
We've updated the 'Image/Text Full Width', 'Image/Text adjacent' and 'Full width video' feature panels with new content width options. Easily adjust the width of content using the drop down menu with predefined breakpoints: Narrow, Medium, Wide, Full Width.
Improvements to Canonical URL's
We've made improvements to the way canonical url tags work across our websites. This helps to improve crawl efficiency, avoids duplicate content issues by linking to original content, and benefits better search engine ranking. More details on canonical URL's can be found here.
What's been fixed?
Shipping Category Fix
A bug that was affecting shipping categories when one or more category was selected for items in an end users e-commerce basket, has been fixed.
Apple Pay Purchases Fix
We've fixed an issue with online sales not showing sale information in the artwork record for purchases made via Apple Pay.
Images Not Overriding Main Image
For some clients, the List images in press records were not overriding the Main images on the press page as expected. This has been fixed.
Empty Artworks Format
We've improved validation to the 'artwork format' field to resolve a bug being triggered by spaces in the content field.
Publication Quantity Issue
We've fixed a bug with publication quantity checks that caused some publications to display incorrectly as 'sold out', despite there being available copies.
Grid Layout in Homepage Feature Panels
A problem causing grid layouts to break in some homepage feature panels, has been found and fixed.
Styling Issue on Artwork Captions
We fixed an issue with styles not always correctly applying to artwork captions.
Artwork Filter Styles on Mobile
An issue causing artwork filters to overlap with the section heading when viewed on mobile has been resolved.
Stripe Account Status
A problem with the Stripe connection causing the status to show incorrectly between different admin pages has now been fixed. The appropriate status will be shown across the admin pages.
Disappearing Search Bar
An issue with the CMS admin search bar disappearing on mobile devices, has been found and fixed.

Improvements to images viewed via Outlook
We have made improvements to the email delivery of images viewed via Outlook, ensuring recipients using the email client can view artworks correctly.
What's been fixed?
Multiple Links, Same Document Fix
We've fixed an issue affected when offer emails include multiple links for the same document, but multiple artworks by the same artist. This has been fixed.
Artworks Filter Fix
A bug in the artwork filters was causing the filter to deliver unexpected results, or in rare cases the app to crash. This has been found and fixed.
Editions Text in Dark Mode
A problem causing the Editions text to be hidden when the user entered dark mode has been resolved.
