Improved Visibility on Offers for Sales Pipeline Users
Sales Pipeline users can now see a formatted copy of their offer emails as it is now automatically saved and displayed within the offer record for easy reference.
Option to Revert Sales Pipeline Offer Status
When removing an artwork from an offer in the Sales Pipeline with a status of Open or Qualified, the system now displays the option to revert the artwork to its previous Status and Availability. This helps maintain accurate records and streamline artwork management.
Improvements to Salutations Field for Contacts and Exports
We have introduced new options for handling the Salutation field in Contact Exports and Mailing Campaigns. These changes are designed to give users more precise control over what appears when a contact's Salutation field is empty.
You now have two choices for both exports and mailings:
A defaulting option (the original behaviour).
A non-defaulting option (the new, more literal behaviour).
When you export a list of contacts, you will now see two available fields for Salutation in the column selector.

New Merge Tag for Mailing Campaigns
To give you the same control in email communications, we have introduced a new merge tag.

By providing both a "defaulting" and a "literal" option for these key features, we aim to give you the flexibility to manage your contact data and communications more effectively.
What's been fixed?
Enhanced Stability on Login
As part of ongoing efforts to enhance platform stability, we've implemented code updates to our database packages. These improvements are designed to resolve intermittent internal server errors that some users experienced during login. As a result, clients can expect a more stable and reliable experience, while support requests and service interruptions should significantly decrease.
Deleted Contacts in App Fix
We addressed an issue where deleted contacts were sometimes still appearing in the mobile app. This has been resolved.
Artwork Image Order API Fix
Resolved an issue where updates to image order alone did not trigger changes in the external API feed. Now, reordering images will correctly update the feed, even if no other changes are made to the artwork record.

Instagram Feature Panel Feed is back
Our team has been working hard to reinstate our integration with Meta to allow you to share Instagram posts directly to your Artlogic website. We're pleased to say the integration is now live and ready for you to use again. Simply head to the settings to re-connect your Instagram feed. Check out our support guide for more details.

What's been fixed?
Sync Status Display
We’ve fixed an issue where the loading spinner would continue indefinitely when there was no content selected to sync. The system now clearly indicates when there’s nothing available to sync.
Sales Pipeline Email Tracking
We’ve resolved a bug where Sales Pipeline email offers were incorrectly shown as ‘pending’ instead of updating to ‘sent’. These emails will now display the correct status within the app.
