Sales Pipeline Excel export enhancements
The Sales Pipeline Excel export now includes Stock Number on the Offered Artworks sheet and Notes on the Offers sheet, making it easier to review sales data without needing to cross-reference individual artwork records.
What's been updated?
Credit note popup wording
Updated the wording in the credit note generation popup to more accurately describe the effect on payment status, reducing confusion about whether the invoice and credit note are marked as fully paid.
What's been fixed?
Artwork title sorting per artist
Fixed an issue where artworks sharing a common title structure (such as "Untitled (3 Bands Golden Hour)" and "Untitled (3 Bands Oxide Blue)") were not sorting correctly. Titles are now alphabetised using the full title string.
Duplicate organisation name in invoice address
Fixed an issue in Advanced Reports where the organisation name was appearing twice in the invoice address field.
Artwork status not reverting on credit note
Fixed an issue where artworks added to an invoice after its initial generation were not reverting to their pre-sale status and availability when a credit note was raised against that invoice.
Artsy unconnected artworks link error
Fixed a 500 error when clicking the unconnected artworks review link on the Artsy tab of an artwork record when there are no unconnected artworks to display.

What's been updated?
Language support in CMS
All ISO 639 language codes are now supported in CMS translation settings, including Welsh (cy). Previously, languages were added individually on request. This update ensures full coverage going forward.
OwnArt finance limit increase
Updated the OwnArt calculation to reflect the new £5,000 finance limit, up from the previous £2,500 cap. The email notification title has also been improved for clarity.
Layout settings screen
Rearranged and relabelled the Layout settings screen to more clearly describe default grid settings and make configuration options easier to understand.
Keyboard focus on popups
Popups now automatically receive keyboard focus when they appear on screen, improving usability for keyboard users. This change also brings the platform in line with BITV 2.0 accessibility standards. This applies to both feature popups and the footer cookies popup.
What's been fixed?
Artwork thumbnails not loading
Fixed an issue where artwork images were not displaying in the artwork selection window for certain sites.
Search bar not appearing
Fixed an issue where the search bar was not showing on client websites despite being enabled in site settings.
Popup feature on mobile and tablet
Fixed an issue where the popup feature was not displaying correctly on mobile and tablet screen widths. Also fixed text alignment when using the narrow width (25%) setting on mobile, and updated the popup CMS save message to reflect different save states accurately.
Translation issues
Fixed several translation issues, including a problem affecting Chinese to English page translations.
App
What's new?
New home screen experience
The Recents screen is now the app's landing page. Two new panels at the top provide quick access to key content, and dedicated links to Collections and Private Views are now prominently placed for faster navigation. The side menu has been reordered to reflect this change.
Currency and tax display changes
The tax option now uses a toggle control (matching the Share Artwork toggle style) with updated labelling. The artworks list now shows "including tax" or "excluding tax" labels alongside prices.
What's been updated?
Account screen refresh
The Account/Settings screen has been tidied up. The "Editing settings for" prefix has been removed from the title, and the account name now displays in the primary text colour rather than appearing as a tappable link.
Navigation and typography polish
Font styling has been updated across Private Views and Collections section headers as part of the home screen redesign. The Collections header is now tappable, navigating users to the home screen.
Pre-populated Search Screen
Instead of the search screen being empty until you apply a text query or filter, we show 200 artworks to help you find what you're looking for faster.
