Single-line Medium and Dimensions fields in Advanced Reports
Two new fields, Medium (one line) and Dimensions (one line), have been added to Advanced Reports, giving clients the option to display these details in a single line rather than the existing multi-line format.
Catalogue raisonné field in Import and Update tool
The Catalogue raisonné field is now available in the Import and Update tool (beta), allowing it to be updated via bulk import alongside other artwork fields.
Retail Prices for Multiple Currencies
Working across different countries or selling to international collectors? You can now record, display and search the retail price of an artwork in additional currencies from Artlogic. We've also added the option to display a menu for collectors to switch between currencies from within Private Views. Find out more in our guide here.

Error handling for scheduled mailing campaigns
Failures in scheduled mailing campaigns are now caught and logged to our internal monitoring system, improving visibility of any issues.
What's been fixed?
Upload Multiple logs search by upload ID
Fixed an issue where searching Upload Multiple logs by 'upload ID' was not returning results. This had previously been disabled to prevent unrelated records with similar stock numbers from appearing in results.
Commissions and third parties unpaid statistic
Fixed an issue in Accounts where the Commissions / 3rd parties unpaid statistic was always displaying as £0.00 rather than the correct calculated amount. This now shows the sum of outside commissions and finders' fees when clicking the Statistics button. Note: percentage-based finders' fees are excluded from this calculation, as these are calculated dynamically and not stored in the system.
Activity Timeline not loading on artwork records
Fixed a race condition that was preventing the Activity Timeline from loading on artwork records containing certain currency symbols.
Condition images not displaying after upload
Fixed an issue where newly uploaded condition images on artwork records were not displaying until the page was refreshed.
Email compositions remaining locked after send
Fixed an issue where email compositions remained locked for editing after their scheduled campaign had been sent.
QR code label downloads
Fixed an issue where all sections in a QR code label download were returning the same batch of records, rather than each section returning its own unique set.

What's new?
Active Private View Counter
The Artwork Detail screen now shows a Private Views section at the bottom, letting users see which Private Views an artwork appears in without leaving the detail screen.
The section displays:
A thumbnail of the artwork
The label "Shown in Private Views"
A count of active views the artwork appears in (e.g. "Appears in 2 active views")
A "View all" button that opens the full list of Private Views containing this artwork
