What's been fixed?
Artist Narrative Fix
Fixed a bug where clicking a contact's name in an Artist record's Narrative note opened a blank, incorrect artwork page. Clicking the name now correctly opens that contact's record.
QR Date Format Fix
Fixed an inconsistency where dates saved via QR code stock updates were recorded in raw ISO format (e.g. 2026-04-03) instead of the readable format used elsewhere (e.g. April 03, 2026) both paths now produce consistent, human-readable dates.
Price Override on Private Views Fix
Fixed an issue where a price override set on a Private View was not shown on the main embedded Private View page on the gallery's website. It now displays consistently there as well as on individual artwork pages.
Shared Percentage Fix
When an artwork was marked as "owned in shares" but no share percentage was entered, the system tried to divide by that missing percentage when calculating acquisition cost and profit. Since it can't divide by zero, the record ended up storing the non-numeric value "Infinity" instead, which displayed as £0.00. This has been fixed: the system now checks for a valid share percentage before running the calculation, so it's skipped safely when none is entered, and acquisition cost and profit now calculate correctly.
Records affected before this fix will correct themselves automatically the next time they're saved, unless they were already sold, in which case affected profit figures will need a manual correction.
Split Invoices Fix
For invoices split three ways between multiple parties, the Subtotal shown on screen was correct, but the downloaded PDF or Word version of the same invoice showed the full, pre-split price instead. Downloaded invoices now use the same Subtotal figure as the on-screen invoice for three-way split invoices, so what's downloaded matches what's displayed.

The Bulk Update modal has had a design update, providing a more consistent experience with the rest of the system.
Guest Lists Search Improvement
Guest List search runs one of two different search methods depending on the "Include don't knows" toggle being on or off. To improve search accuracy, both methods now search consistently, matching on name parts regardless of word order and handling names written as "Last, First", so a search returns the same, complete results. The toggle has also been relabelled "Show declined and undecided guests" to more clearly describe what it does.
Enhanced Error Handling for Stock Numbers
When resetting or reassigning stock numbers in bulk, a single record with an unusual or invalid stock number could cause the error handling to stop partway through, leaving it unclear which records had actually been updated. The system now skips any record it can't process, with details logged internally for our support team to inspect upon support request.
Export to Artsy Improvement
When an export of an artwork or artist to Artsy failed on Artsy's side, the system carried on as if the export had succeeded. This could lead to a crash when it then tried to upload an image to a record that had never actually been created, and left the export incorrectly marked as connected. The system now confirms Artsy actually created the record before continuing; if the export failed, it stops immediately and reports the failure rather than proceeding with steps that assumed success.
Improvements to the Import and Update tool (beta)
The Import and Update tool (beta) can now update six additional artwork fields: Title, Year, Signed and Dated, Provenance, Gallery, and Custom Text Field 1. Note: the Gallery field is case-sensitive (e.g. "new york" won't match "New York"), as with the standard Import tool, and spreadsheet column headers must match the field labels shown in the system exactly (e.g. if they have set a custom label for “Custom Text Field 1”).
Downloading the import template from within the tool (Tools > Import > Help > Next > Download Template) does this automatically, however note a client must add the “ID” column themselves to this downloaded template.

Search and sort your Private Views
Finding a specific Private View is now much faster. You can now sort the All Private Views screen, and the list of Private Views shown from an artwork's detail screen gains both a search bar and sort options.
Sorting the All Private Views screen
Tap the menu icon (☰) to open the side menu, then tap All Private Views.
Tap the search icon (magnifying glass) in the top-right corner.
Tap Sort Options (↑↓).
Choose an Order: Ascending or Descending.
Choose what to sort by: Title, Date Created, or Date Modified.
Tip: From the same popup you can type in the search field to filter the list by title, as before.
Note: These are the same sort options as the main Search screen, and your choice is remembered the next time you open All Private Views
Searching and sorting from an artwork
When viewing an artwork, you can see every Private View it belongs to - and now search and sort that list too.
Open an artwork's detail screen.
In the Private Views section, tap View All. A Private Views list opens showing each view's cover image, title, number of artworks, and when it was last viewed.
Type in the search bar at the top to filter the list by title. Tap the X to clear your search.
Tap the sort button (↑↓) on the right side of the search bar to open Sort Options, then choose an Order (Ascending or Descending) and sort by Alphabetical or Date Created.
Tap a Private View to open it.
Note: Your sort choice is remembered, so the list stays in your preferred order whenever you view Private Views from an artwork.
Hide editions in search results
If your inventory contains a lot of editioned works, search results can feel cluttered. The new Hide editions toggle in the Edition Type filter lets you browse results showing only non-editioned works.
How to hide editions
Tap the search icon (magnifying glass) to open the Search screen.
Tap the filter icon on the right side of the search bar to open Filters.
Tap Edition Type.
Turn on the Hide editions toggle at the top of the screen.
Tap Show Results. Your search results now show only works that are not editions.
How the toggle works with edition type filters
Hide editions and the edition type list below it work in opposite directions, so only one can be active at a time:
Turning Hide editions on clears any selected edition types, and the list below is dimmed and can't be used while the toggle is on.
To filter by specific edition types again, turn Hide editions off first.
Tap Reset in the top-right corner to clear both at once.
Tip: When the toggle is on, the Filters screen shows "Editions hidden" next to Edition Type, so you can see at a glance why editions aren't appearing.
What's been updated?
"Showing default account currency" message removed
The "Showing default account currency" message no longer appears on artwork detail screens. It could show in situations where it didn't apply - for example on accounts that can't switch currencies - so it has been removed while the behaviour is redesigned.

Emails sent from the app with "Extra Large" images selected could be hundreds of megabytes; images are now correctly generated at 100% quality without the excessive file size
