Event Contact Management
Improvements to Events records make managing events and exhibitions in Artlogic even smoother. Now for each contact added to a Marketing Event, you can record their invitation status from invite through to attendance, as well as their dietary requirements, preferred means of communication, their invited guests, and even track the nomination process. Find out more.
Flags on Accounts Records
Accounts records can now be flagged and unflagged, the same way as other sections across Artlogic. The existing actions at the bottom of the Accounts list still apply to the current found set.
Collections field for Artist accounts now available in Custom Export
The Collections field, found on the Provenance/Exhibitions tab, is now available as an option in the Custom Export field picker for Artist accounts. This field is only visible to accounts that have the “Show Collections field” preference enabled.
Record date added to Market Intelligence exports
The 'record date' is now included when exporting Market Intelligence data.
Salutation merge tag extended to offer emails
The {salutation} merge tag can now be used in offer emails, having previously only been available in contact exports and mailing campaigns.
What's been fixed?
Enquiry button email error
Fixed an issue where enquiry buttons failed to send when the same email address was entered in both the “Send to email address” and “Send to email address BCC” fields, showing visitors an unknown error message. A warning is now displayed in the feature panel when both fields share the same address.
Artsy artwork connection error
Fixed an issue on the 'Match Unconnected Artworks' from Artsy screen where clicking “Connect selected on this page” could fail to connect an artwork without showing any error, causing the page to simply reload with the same unconnected artworks. Failed connections are now flagged with a clear error message.

Improved site loading times
Keeping things speedy for you. Improved browser caching is now enabled for pages where content has not changed, reducing load times for returning visitors.
News list image not displaying
We fixed an issue where the news list page was not displaying the list image when no main image had been uploaded. This now shows correctly everytime.
