Product Records is a fantastic way to present exclusive products that you want to showcase and sell in the Store page of your website. Whether that be posters, gift cards or merchandise, this guide will walk you through how to create a Product Record.
Creating a Product Record
Steps
1. Login to your CMS and navigate to Records > Products.
2. Select New Record at the bottom of the page.
3. You can add various details: the title of the product you are selling, list image, retail price, the quantity of the product and other additional fields such as, product weight and expiration dates.
Please note: if a product weight is not entered on the record, the system will default to arrange shipping after purchase.
4. Ensure that you have toggled on Enabled on website for the product to be visible in your Store.
5. When you are happy with the information you have inputted, ensure you click Save. This product will now appear in your Store page.
Selling Gift Cards

Please note: when selling e-gift cards, it is preferable to not enter a weight in the additional fields section of the Product Records.
