Private View recipients can now see artworks to scale in a virtual gallery space.
How to enable View on a Wall for Private Views
Configuring Artworks
View on a wall will need to be enabled for each artwork individually.
- Start by editing the artwork. Make sure you’ve added an image and entered the artwork’s dimensions in the cm width field.
- Next, proceed to the Image tab of the Artwork. Scroll down to the ‘View on a wall” section to enable the feature for Private Views. (You can also enable ‘View on a wall’ for websites. See link to help note.)
- Save the Artwork to proceed.
Selecting a custom image or width
Sometimes you may want to use a different image to display on a wall (for example, if you'd like to include a frame or matting.)
- Select Set custom width or image and then click Upload custom image to select an image from your computer.
- If the artwork in the image is of a different dimension than the main image, be sure to add the custom Width (cms) as well.
- Click Confirm. (The custom image and width will not appear until you have saved the Artwork.)
