'Admin only' contact records

Make contacts visible to admin users only

You can make a contact visible to administrators only by following these steps. 

Steps

  1. Log in to your Artlogic database.
  2. Go to Contacts and find your chosen contact. 
  3. In the Contact tab, scroll down to 'General' and edit the 'Contact visibility' option:
