Add Edition Data records
When adding Edition Data records to your Private View, you'll notice the description notes the edition size and the types of editions included.
Add individual edition records
When adding edition records to your Private View, the edition type and number of the record will display, as well as its individual price.
Adjust how editions show in the Private Views App
Click Artworks > Private Views > iPad/iPhone synchronisation to control the following options:
- Edition Management > tick Automatically remove Editions when all edition records are unavailable
- Choose which fields to export > toggle edition record prices within Edition Data records to choose if you wish for individual edition prices to be listed when you click into Edition Data records
Note: an Edition Data Record's Status & Availability will reflect the overall Status & Availability for the set of editions. For example, if there are 5 editions in your stock and only one is available, the Edition Data Record will show as available.
