Add your installation views to your manually created Private Views links following the steps below.
Tip: To be able to add Installation views to your Private Views links, you'll first need to add them to your database.
Steps
- Log in to your Artlogic database.
- Go to Artworks > Private Views > All.
- Open your chosen Private View by clicking the 'pencil edit' icon to edit.
- Under 'Private View settings' click 'Add item'.
- Choose 'Installation view' and search for your Installation view (which you prepare ahead of time by following Artworks > Views > Installation views).
- By selecting your Installation view it will appear next to the 'Artworks' tab in your Private view. Be sure to save your changes.
