This feature allows users to upload a single document (or documents) to multiple records in one streamlined process.
Key Functionality
Central Upload: Users can upload a document once and the file is stored centrally in the Documents Archive (DA).
Bulk Attachment: From a record list screen, users can use "Update Multiple" to attach uploaded document(s) to one or more records in a single step.
Unified Attachments List: Documents attached via this method appear in each record’s attachments list, alongside any files uploaded directly to that record/field.
Easy Unlinking: To remove a document from records, users can simply delete the corresponding record in the Documents Archive, which will unlink it from all associated records.
Steps

From the Artworks list screen, find or flag the artworks you want to attach the document to.

Select Update Multiple in the action bar.
Click Update flagged records.
Select desired field (where you want the documents to show as attached to).

Upload documents(s) - Note: at this stage documents are immediately uploaded and stored in the DA, even if the user then cancels/exits the flow without confirming.
Confirm attachment of uploaded document(s).
The document(s) will then be linked to the specified field on the selected artworks.
Manage Attachments
The document will show up in the attachments list for each artwork/field. You can download or manage it as with any other attachment (although you cannot directly delete from the artwork record, instead there is a link to the DA record).
Removing Documents
To remove the document from all artworks, delete it from the Documents Archive.
