The Archive view in your database is designed to store the art that you wish to separate from your main body of work.
Please note: The Archive section is only available to Artlogic Pro users and is not available to be purchased as an add on. View our database plans here.
Find your Archive
Your Archive is found under Database > Artworks > Views > Archive. Artworks sent here will not appear in the main artwork sections, such as artwork lists and private views.
Add artworks to the Archive
- Find your artwork record
- Go to the Other tab
- Scroll down to the Archive section and select to Archive this work.
Bulk update artworks
You are able to perform an Update multiple to add multiple artworks to the Archive section simultaneously.
To do this:
- Search for and flag and choose your artworks.
- Click Update Multiple.
- Select Search terms, Lists and General Information.
- Choose Archive.
- Finally, select Archive these artworks.
Tip: You are able to follow this process to remove artwork/s in bulk from the Archive too.
Remove artworks from the Archive
Removing work from the Archive is done by following the same steps as adding a work. However, once archived, the button in the 'Other' tab of an artwork record will change from 'Archive this work' to 'Move this item back to the main inventory'. Select this button to return this artwork to the Main artworks section.
