Financial presents allow you to set pre-defined values for some financial fields and apply them all at once to individual artworks. This guide will show you where to set financial presets in your database and how to apply them to an artwork record.
Create your Financial Presets
You can preset fields related to status & availability, market type, consignment terms, tax status, tax rate, ARR, and insurance.
Steps
- Go to Artworks > Value lists > Financial presets.
- Create a label for the preset, this is how you will later identify them in the artwork record.
- Select from the options listed and ensure to tick preset is live.
- Click Save.
Please note, changes made to financial presets will not affect records that have previously had that preset applied. If you wish to change these records you should use update multiple.
Apply your presets to an artwork record
Steps
- Go to an Artwork record > Financial tab.
- Scroll to the Status and Availability section.
- Select financial preset from the dropdown.
- Click Save.
