Why we do this
For your security
The security of your account is our first priority. Therefore, we do not share any sensitive data in your account without appropriate authorisation.
Support agreement
Our support agreement covers helping non-technical people to use the systems we have built. It is beyond the scope of our agreement for us to spend time communicating with external consultants to describe and discuss the technical detail of our systems, how they function, how they could be changed or how they might relate to other software.
Still need our help?
If you require us to liaise with a third party, we are happy to do so, subject to an additional consultancy fee at our standard hourly rate (£100 / US$130).
This would need to be authorised in advance by the account owner. Any time spent by our support team will be charged for and added to your next invoice.
