Editing the number of devices using the PrivateViews app

Please note: as of December 2023 the Artlogic app has replaced the Private Views app. Therefore, we no longer offer the ability to add devices. Whilst you can continue to use the Private Views app for a limited period of time and receive basic support from our team, we ask all clients to download the Artlogic app as soon as possible. Getting started with the Artlogic app and synchronising your inventory is quick and seamless as most of the settings and functionalities available in this version have remained unchanged. Your Artlogic Database PrivateViews package

Artlogic Pro account

Comes with the PrivateViews app for free on 5 devices (iPad/ iPhone).

Artlogic One account

Comes with the PrivateViews app for free on 1 iPad and 1 iPhone.

Device names

The app will record each device according to the device name, as configured in your device's Settings > General > About > Name or in Settings > PrivateViews > Identify this device as.

It's important to give a unique name to each device so that it's identifiable to you in order to administer and manage access to your account.

Remove devices from PrivateViews

Please note: this deauthorising process will prevent that device from logging into the app for a 72 hour period.

You can remove devices from your PrivateViews account at any stage through logging in at privateviews.com with your app login details.

Navigate to Manage > Account settings > Usage.

Select Deauthorize for the devices that no longer require access to the app.
