Artwork filters allow your website's visitors to customise their view of the items on your Artworks page by a range of criteria and sort options. If you would like to join our beta testing program for this feature, get in touch with us, letting us know how you would like your filters to be set up.
How would you like your filters setup?
The below filter options are available to customise. At the moment, these settings can only be accessed by our developers. So, let us know your preference, so when enabling this feature for you we can set it up as you would like.
Choose your artwork filters
When contacting us to get involved in beta testing this feature, you'll need to let us know which artwork filters you would like us to enable for your Artwork page.
You are able to turn on:

2. Categories - the artwork categories that you have enabled will be added to this filter.
3. Size range - the size ranges available are already predefined, but you can customise them by override these settings.
- Small (up to 60cm)
- Medium (up to 122cm)
- Large (up to 213cm)
- Very Large (up to 3000cm)
If you are interested in having custom size ranges, please let us know how you would like these to be set up. For each price range, we will need a minimum and a maximum size, as well as a label.
4. Price range - the price ranges available are already predefined, but you can customise them by override these settings.
5. Keyword - this filter works as a free text search field.
6 Custom filters - this functionality allows you to create and add your artworks to custom filtering parameters. This filter is currently available for integrated clients only.
To create custom filters:
- Go to your Artlogic Database
- Navigate to Artworks > Value Lists > Website Filters Group
- Click on New Record to add your filter groups.
- Add your filter groups and tick the 'Is Live' box enable them on the website. Save.
- Navigate to Artworks > Value Lists > Website Filters
- Click on New Record to create the filter that will go into each group.
- Name your filters and use the Group dropdown menu to select the right group for each filter.
To add artworks to your custom filters:
- Go to your Artlogic Database
- Navigate to Artworks > search for your artwork record(s) > select the 'pencil' (edit) button
- Go to the 'Website' tab
- Scroll to 'Filters' and select which filter the artwork should appear under.
- Save
Choose the layout
Within the artwork filters, you have three possible layout options to choose from:

Enable artwork filters for your store
You can also choose to show your artwork filters in your online store.
