If you are unable to see prices and the stars system for Importance in the Artwork records preview pane, it is possible that you have activated Safe Mode.
What is Safe Mode?
This feature offers a way to hide sensitive information discreetly in case, for example, you had someone looking over your shoulder who you didn't want to see this information.
How to activate/deactivate Safe mode

Safe mode is activated with the small toggle in the bottom right of your Contacts and Artworks list screen.
Shortcut: 'H' on your keyboard
You can also activate this by pressing 'H' on your keyboard. This allows this feature to be used discreetly but can also make it easy to activate unintentionally.
If you still have trouble seeing this information please check with your Admin user in case this is due to your User record permissions.
