The Enquiry button feature allows collectors to easily send direct enquiries about individual artworks in your Private View.

Private View enquiries will now create offer records in the sales pipeline to continue to help you track all your sales conversations in one place.

Collectors will now receive an email confirmation of their enquiry in their inbox for improved visibility.

Contact records created by Private View enquiries will now show 'Created by Private View Enquiry' in the 'Other' tab of the contact record.

We've made adjustments to the designs to make scrolling more responsive and more clearly signposted the required fields in the Enquiry pop-up.
Enabling the Enquiry button
To activate the Enquiry buttons in your Private View link, please follow these steps:
- Once logged in, navigate to Artworks > Private Views > All.
- Click on New record.
- Open the newly created Private View link.
- Access the Edit panel to modify settings.
- Locate the Enquiry Buttons section (available as an accordion menu item).
- Enable Enquiry Buttons.
- Enter the email address where enquiries should be sent.
Once enabled, enquiry buttons will appear on each individual artwork in that Private View.
Sharing with Collectors
Once your Private View link is set up with enquiry buttons:
- Share the Private View link with your collectors.
- Collectors will see an Enquire button on each artwork.
- They can click the button to fill out a form and send a direct enquiry to the provided email address.
