You can now sync, add, search, copy and email Contacts from the Artlogic app.
Enabling 2FA
Syncing contacts to your Artlogic App requires two-factor authentication to be enabled for your Artlogic Management System. The same verification code can be used on your Management System or your App. Click here for how to set-up two-factor authentication.
Once two-factor authentication has been setup, log out of the App and log back in. You’re now ready to sync Contacts from your Management System to your app.
Syncing your Contacts
Steps
- Log in to the Management System and open your Contacts page.
- Select the contact record you would like to sync. Click on the pencil edit icon to edit the contact.
- Toggle on Share to Artlogic app field.
To select (or deselect) multiple contacts at once, use the Update Multiple tool:
- Log in to the Management System and open your Contacts page.
- Select Update/ Delete Multiple > Update Multiple.
- Choose either your found or flagged set, and click on Share to Artlogic app under Contact Information.
- Select Share with the Artlogic app or Remove from the Artlogic app.
- Click on Update.
Find your Contacts on the App
From the Artlogic App, open the main menu and click Contacts
From there, search for contacts by typing in the search bar at the top. You may filter contacts by records synced from the Artlogic Management System and records synced from iCloud. Contacts from the Artlogic Management System are identified with an A icon.
If available, the Email Addresses, Postal Addresses, and Phone Numbers fields will be visible for each contact as well as details such as Consultant, Mailing Lists, Categories, Interest and Notes.
- Tap a Phone Number to call or press and hold to message or copy the number.
- Tap an Email Address to open a draft in your default email app, or press and hold to copy the address.
- Tap a Postal Address to open in Maps, or press and hold to copy the address.
Add new Contacts from the App
Add a new Contact directly to the App for it to sync to your Artlogic Management System.
- From the Contacts screen, click the plus icon at the top right.
- Add the new Contact’s details. (The Consultant will default to be your account name.)
- Click Save.
- The Contact will automatically sync with your Artlogic Management System in the background.
Send offer emails to Contacts
Steps
- From any Artlogic App Artworks screen, enter Select Mode from the “...” icon at the top right.
- Select the work(s) you’d like to offer.

Tap the share icon at the bottoms left and select Send Offer Email.
- Click the contact icon next to either “To:” or “Bcc:” to select a recipient for your synced Contacts.
- Add your subject line and set up your offer.
- If your gallery has enabled Sales Pipeline, toggle on “Create an offer in Artlogic” and upon sending, an offer record will be created in your Artlogic Management System.
- Preview before sending, and then click “Send via Apple Mail”.
- A draft will open on your device allowing you to edit the email before sending.
When drafting the email, Images may appear only as links, but will display for recipients. Tap Preview to see an example of how the images will display. Some variation may occur depending on the recipient’s email app.
