A common issue when changing the 'Artists' page preferences is to accidentally hide your content with incorrect category settings.
This is an example of how your 'Artists' page may look if your category settings aren't applied correctly:
- Go to Settings > Settings > Artists;
- Check if you have the Artist grid category type field selecting the 'Filter by artwork categories' option when you do not have any Artwork categories or the 'Filter by artist categories' when you do not have any Artist categories;
- If that is the case select the 'Off' option and click 'Save'.
Verify the fix
Go to the Artists page and check that your Artist records are now coming through as shown in the example below:
