This guide will help you through the steps involved in closing all or part of your account with us.
Notice period
Should you wish to cancel your subscription with Artlogic we require at least 30 days notice before the start of the upcoming Billing Period. Your cancellation will come into effect at the start of the next Billing Period. Please get in touch with us at support@artlogic.net to start this process.
Exporting your data
When cancelling your account, you also have some options for exporting your data.
Database
If you would like to learn more about data exports, click here for more information. There are some options for database exports that require our developers' time. Let us know if you require any of these data exports so that we can begin arranging this with the team.
Website
Website data exports can all be done directly from your CMS, you can click here for more information.
Cancelling one part of an integrated system
If you have a website integrated with a database system, it is possible to cancel only one product (either the database or website). There will be a small amount of development work required to facilitate this so please get in touch with support@artlogic.net so we can help organise this.
Submit cancellation in written form
The cancellation needs to be submitted in writing by the owner/director or the billing contact of the account in order for us to process the request. Please send the written cancellation to support@artlogic.net.
