Read this guide to understand how you can manage your Artlogic billing portal.
Please note: As of January 2023 Artlogic, ArtBase, galleryManager and exhibit-E billing have all been consolidated into one system. The help note below will apply to billing questions for all clients. If you have any questions about this billing change, please click here.
Where can I find my billing information?
Your Artlogic invoices will be sent to you through a billing software by the name of Chargebee, which is where you will be able to access your client portal. Through the portal, you will be able to do things such as:
- Update your preferred method of payment
- Update your billing information
- Submit payment for an outstanding invoice
- View past invoices
You can access your Chargebee portal by going to either of the following links, and by using your primary billing email address to log in.
Paying outstanding invoices
Paying invoice through your Chargebee Portal
Once you have logged into your portal, you will be able to pay any outstanding invoices by following the steps below.
- Go to Billing History. This area of the portal will show you any previous invoices within Chargebee, as well as any outstanding invoices.
- If you have an outstanding invoice, you can submit payment by clicking on the ‘Pay Now’ option.
- This will prompt you with a new window to submit payment through Credit card, Debit card, or direct debit.
- If you would like to store the payment method on file for future invoices, please make sure you select the appropriate check box directly below the payment details.
Paying invoices through the Pay Now link
If you prefer we can also send you a direct link to pay for your outstanding invoices. Please reach out to support@artlogic.net if you would like us to send you a direct link. Once you receive the direct Chargebee link, please follow the steps below.
- Select the invoice(s) you would like to pay. If you have more than one outstanding invoice, the check boxes on the left hand side will allow you to select the invoices that you would like to submit payment for.
- Directly next to the invoice you will have the option to download a copy of the invoice.
- From there please proceed to the ‘Pay now’ button on the top right corner of the screen
- This will prompt you with a new window to submit payment through Credit card, Debit card, or direct debit.
- If you would like to store the payment method on file for future invoices, please make sure you select the appropriate check box directly below the payment details.
Set up auto pay or change payment method
If you are looking to set up a new method of payment, or wish to make changes to your existing payment method, this can also be done directly through the Chargebee portal. Simply log in to your account and select ‘Payment Methods’.

Updating Billing Information
Changing your billing address
- Log in to your Chargebee portal and select ‘Billing & Shipping Addresses’
- Add your new billing details, and select ‘Update’ to save the information.
If you need to make changes to your primary billing administrator, please have the current administrator reach out to us to make the necessary changes. You can email us at support@artlogic.net and we will help you make the necessary changes.
Viewing your Billing History
- Log in to your Chargebee portal and select ‘Billing History’
- On the Billing History page, you can see the plan name, price, and date of purchase for all invoiced items.
- Select the 'Download' button to print or save the invoice as a PDF.
If an invoice is not listed, or you are encountering issues downloading your billing history, please email us at support@artlogic.net and we will help you acquire the necessary information.
Setting up a Portal Password
When you initially login to your account you will be sent a 2FA code in order to gain access to the portal. After your initial login, you have the option to set up a personal password to access your billing portal in the future.
- Log in to your Chargebee portal and select ‘Account Information’
- On the Account Information page, select 'Set up Password'
- A one-time password will be emailed to the billing address on file, this is the same address used to login to the billing portal. Enter the one-time password to complete the form.
- On the New Password page, enter a new password conforming to the following criteria:
- At least 8 characters
- At least one special character $!%*#?&()
- At least one number
- Select 'Update' to save your password
ArtBase, galleryManager and exhibit-E billing
Starting January 2022, Artlogic has merged with ArtBase, exhibit-E, and galleryManager. As a result, all billing for these products has been combined into one system. This means that your invoice will now appear slightly different than it did before.
However, please be assured that these billing changes will not affect the product you are currently using or the charges listed on your bill. Even though the invoice will display the Artlogic logo, your subscribed product remains the same and will be specified within the invoice.
