This article explains why documents might not be displaying as expected in Private Views.
First, add documents to your database. Follow these instructions to do so.
Steps
- Log in to your database.
- Edit the Private View in question by following Artworks > Private Views > All > Edit.
- In the preview pane, click Documents > Manage documents and make sure to activate the Export checkbox.
- Save the Private View.
- Select Visit Private View to see the document appear at the bottom of your Private Views web page.
