Why are documents not displaying in my Private View

How to edit this Private Views feature

This article explains why documents might not be displaying as expected in Private Views.

First, add documents to your database. Follow these instructions to do so.

Steps

1. Log in to your database.
2. Edit the Private View in question by following Artworks > Private Views > All > Edit. 
3. In the preview pane, click Documents > Manage documents and make sure to activate the Export checkbox.
4. Save the Private View.
5. Select Visit Private View to see the document appear at the bottom of your Private Views web page.
