How to schedule an email campaign

You can now schedule an email campaign to be sent at a later date and time. After completing the campaign check-list, go to the Send tab and click Schedule for later.
- Select the time and date you want the campaign to send. Campaigns can be scheduled up to a month in advance.
- Click Set notification email and enter the email address that will receive notifications once the campaign has been successfully sent.
- When the campaign is ready to go, click Schedule this mailing.
- Confirm the subject line and number of recipients and click Schedule.
- Once sent, track the campaign from the Email campaigns sent screen (Marketing > Email Marketing Campaigns > Email logs & analytics > Email campaigns sent).
- Once a campaign has been scheduled the email composition associated with that campaign cannot be edited without first clicking the Cancel schedule button.
- When you open an email composition in the edit screen, you'll be able to see which scheduled campaigns it is connected to from the Campaigns tab.
