This guide will show you where to monitor the number of emails you send out and explain how we charge you for this service.
Please note: these charges are only applicable to Artlogic One and Pro clients. If you are on an Essential, Professional or Expert Marketing module and have exceeded your monthly email limit please contact hello@artlogic.net to request further information.
Monitor how many emails you send out
You can monitor the number of emails you send out via Sales & Marketing > Email Marketing Campaigns > Email logs & analytics > Monthly mailing statistics:
Understanding the charges
The tiers in the table below describe what you'll be charged based on the number of emails you send out each calendar month. They do not represent different mailings plans.
For example, if you send out the following number of emails over a three month period:
- Month 1: 2,300 emails
- Month 2: 4,000 emails
- Month 3: 11,000 emails
You will be charged a total of GBP 45+VAT in your next invoice from us.
This is due to the way we charge you in line with the total mailings you've sent out per month:
- GBP 0 = 2,300 emails (up to 2,500 emails)
- GBP 15 = 4,000 emails (up to 10,000 emails)
- GBP 30 = 11,000 emails (up to 20,000 emails)
