Creating Artwork Lists
Artwork Lists help you make groups of artworks to manage loans, shipping, exhibitions, consignments, etc. To create a new artwork list, go to Artworks > Artwork lists > All > New record.
- List name
-
Description
-
Link list to Contact
- Type
- Art fair
- Consignment (in)
- Consignment (out)
- Exhibition
- Loan
- On approval
- Other
- Shipping list
- Relevant dates
- Current status
- Status history
- Active
- Expire
You are then able to 'Add artworks...' by typing your chosen artworks in this field. Or, alternatively, you can search for and flag all artworks that should belong in this list and perform an update multiple, thereby adding artworks to the list in bulk. Please note, you'll need to create the list before you can perform an update multiple.
Working with Artwork Lists
Once you have made artwork lists you can then quickly use these lists to pull up groups of artworks to work with. To do this click Artworks > Artworks Lists > click list and select 'View'. This will bring up two options:
- Find in artworks: this option will bring the list up the sort order selected in your artworks overview
- View list: select this option to bring up the artwork list in the artworks overview in the order of the list itself
Creating documents and reports
Create documents and reports by pulling up artworks as listed above or by finding and flagging your artworks > click Create... > Documents/Reports. Here, you'll find a range of documents and reports, export options, and labels.

Create Private Views
Private Views are beautiful online presentations that you can share via a link. Turn any Artwork List into a Private View from the Private View edit screen by clicking Artworks > Artworks Lists > click list and select 'View' > click Find in Artworks/View List > Create > Create a PrivateView.
