How to troubleshoot

Log into your website CMS and go to Settings > Styles > Background and border colours, check if the mobile menu background is set to to white:

Check if, under Settings > Styles > Text colour, the mobile menu text colour is set to white:

If both of these fields are set to white, change one of them so that the background colour contrasts the text colour.
Check your changes have taken effect
Refresh the home page of your website using your mobile phone and click on the menu link, the menu should now be fully legible like in the example below:
