Exhibitor records in the CMS control the content for each exhibitor page on the event website.
Adding Exhibitor Records

Alternatively Artlogic may do an initial batch upload of all exhibitor records. To do this, download and complete the exhibitor record import template and return to Artlogic. Please note that once the initial upload of exhibitor records has been done by Artlogic, other additional records will have to be added manually by the event organiser.
Editing Exhibitor Records
Go to Records > Exhibitors to see your list of exhibitors. Hover over the exhibitor you wish to edit, and click the pencil edit icon to open up the record.

-
Title - This field is the name of the exhibitor as it will be presented on the website on both the exhibitor page, and in any list views of the exhibitor list [i.e Demo Gallery].
-
Title Sort Override - This field can be used if the name of the exhibitor needs to appear in a different alphabetical order in the list views than the way the title is written [i.e if you don't want all galleries beginning 'Galleria' to be listed under 'g'].
-
Location - This is a text field where a location or multiple locations can included next to the title of the exhibitor [I.e 'London, New York, Milan' or 'Central, South, East'].
-
Exhibitor Categories - To add or edit exhibitor categories go to Records > Exhibitor Records > Exhibitor Categories. New records can be added at the bottom left hand side of the page, and records can be edited using the pencil.
-
Exhibitor Locations - In addition to the location field above, the Exhibitor Locations search and select section allows for the tagging of locations to enable visitors to use location filters across the website. To add locations to the exhibitor records, you must first add exhibitor location records by going to to Records > Exhibitor Records > Exhibitor Locations. New records can be added at the bottom left hand side of the page, and records can be edited using the pencil.

Once all exhibitor location records are added, you need to return to the individual exhibitor records to select the location. Use the search and select from the dropdown. To add multiple locations in one record, continue this process.

The 'Enabled on website' toggle must be switched to 'on' for the exhibitor page to appear on the main exhibitor page. Turning this toggle 'off' will hide it from the website.
Content Checklist from Exhibitors
In order to set up the Exhibitor records you'll need to request certain information from your exhibitors. It will be important to refer to your design presentation to see what content you'll need from your exhibitors.
More details will be added here on what content you'll need to request after the design is confirmed.
