Convelio is the Official Shipping Partner of FIAC and the Convelio Shipping widget has been enabled on the FIAC OVR. This feature gives collectors the ability to instantly book their shipping online via a widget on the FIAC OVR to help you increase sales conversions and simplify post-sale administration.
Convelio is the Official Shipping Partner of FIAC and the Convelio Shipping widget has been enabled on the FIAC OVR. This feature gives collectors the ability to instantly book their shipping online via a widget on the FIAC OVR to help you increase sales conversions and simplify post-sale administration.
This feature is automatically enabled on each artwork record in your database, however additional details will need to be added such as the unpacked weight and dimensions, and the location of the artwork. Main Shipping Details
The first step in getting the shipping widget set up, is defining the main shipping address [either the gallery or the on location storage], and who at your gallery will be the main contact responsible for managing shipping requests during the fair.
Steps
- Login to your Artlogic database, head over to the 'Events' tab, and click into the event you're participating in.
- Go to the 'Gallery Details' section of your event page edit screen;
- Scroll down to the section titled 'Shipping Details' and complete your default contact and shipping address details, the latter of which should be the gallery or on-location fair storage [NOT the fair address].

Artwork Shipping Details
Steps
- Click the pencil edit icon beneath the artwork you'd like to enable the shipping widget for.
- Scroll down to the section titled 'Shipping widget' and click the tick box to 'Enable Convelio Shipping Widget'.
- Further fields for weight, unpacked or packed dimensions will appear which you must now complete in order to ensure the shipping can be correctly actioned;
- If the artwork is not located at your default address, you can click the tick box to override the location for this artwork;
How will this work?
When enabled for an artwork, the widget will appear on your exhibitor page when a visitor to the fair clicks into the detail page of that artwork.
The end client will simply need to input their delivery address and select from Convelio's choice of shipping options. The quote is then sent directly to their email from your page. To finish the flow, they are redirected to Convelio’s instant quoting platform through a payment link.
Once the booking is done and the shipment confirmed, Convelio will contact the gallery to arrange a collection.
