Curator records in the CMS are where you can add and edit Curators names, profile images, biographies and additional details. As the curator profiles can appear on multiple sections of the website, it will be key that these records are comprehensive and accurate to allow for data to pull from here across to multiple pages on the site.
To add and edit Curator records go to Records > Curators
To add records, click 'New records' at the bottom left hand side of the page:
To edit records, click the pencil icon on the far ride hand side of each row:
It will be important to refer to your design presentation to see how this content will appear on your website.
Add the curator name, and subtitle if applicable:
If there is a video that should appear on their page, add the video embed code. Find out more about adding videos to your CMS here.
For each curator record, you can include 3 different types of text - a pull quote, short content and long content.
This is designed for text describing the curators selection of artworks, it is not for the biography about the curator.
The pull quote will appear as larger text on the page, the short content will be a preview of the paragraph text and when 'read more' is clicked, the long content will be shown.
Add the profile image (or headshot) of the curator and biography about the curator in this section:
Always ensure you use the 'preview' button to see exactly how your content will appear on the front end of the site.
