Exhibitor records in the CMS control the content for each exhibitor page on the event website. They also act as the connection point between each individual exhibitor database and the CMS, allowing the exhibitors content to be pulled through to the website.
Adding Exhibitor Records
New exhibitor records can be added by going Records > Exhibitor Records and by clicking the 'new record' button on the bottom right hand of the page:


Alternatively Artlogic can do a batch upload of all exhibitor records. To do this, download and complete the exhibitor record import template and return to Artlogic.
Editing Exhibitor Records
Hover over the pulse and click the pencil edit icon to open up the record.
When open, the exhibitor record will look as followed:
The following are the key fields can be edited in the exhibitor records

Title - This field is the title of the exhibitor as it will be presented on the website on both the exhibitor page, and in any list views of the exhibitor list.

Title Sort Override - This field can be used if the title of the exhibitor needs to appear in a different alphabetical order in the list views than the way the title is written.

Location - This is a text field where a location or multiple locations can be written to be included next to the title of the exhibitor in locations such as the exhibitor page. I.e 'London, New York, Milan'.

Exhibitor Categories - The exhibitor category can be added and edited on each exhibitor records, and the exhibitor categories can be add end edited by the event organiser. To add or edit exhibitor categories go to Records > Exhibitor Records > Exhibitor Categories. New records can be added at the bottom left hand side of the page, and records can be edited using the pencil.

Exhibitor Locations - In addition to the location field above, the Exhibitor Locations search and select section allows for the tagging of locations to enable to use of location filters across the website. To add locations to the exhibitor records, you must first add exhibitor location records by going to to Records > Exhibitor Records > Exhibitor Locations. New records can be added at the bottom left hand side of the page, and records can be edited using the pencil.
Once all exhibitor location records are added, you can return to the exhibitor record to select the location by searching for the location until it appears in the field to select. To add multiple locations in one record, continue this process.
Exhibitor Database Connection
The exhibitor records will be connected to exhibitor databases by Artlogic, this cannot be done by the event organiser in the CMS. When the exhibitor databases are connected, specific fields and content that is uploaded by the exhibitor will pull through dynamically to the website and cannot be edited by the event organiser.
The following fields include:
- Header background image
- Representative image
- Contact details - Address, phone number, email addresses etc.]
- Gallery bio - 'About' text
- Social media links
- Privacy Policy
- Artwork details
