Our support team are more than happy to cover questions about the system. However, sometimes more in-depth training may be requested by our clients (for example, for a new starter or for in-depth training for an individual team).

Training can be held for all clients over screen share and for London or New York-based clients we are able to offer in-person training (which can be held at our offices or your own).

How long our training sessions take
Typically training sessions last 1-2 hours, but we can schedule more or less depending on your situation. We will ask to know more about the attendees and tailor the session to their needs. Given the breadth of the functionality provided by our systems and the ways our clients use them, unless otherwise directed we would aim to give our clients a good overview of the system, relevant functionality and available resources for each attendee.
How much do we charge
Training is chargeable at our standard hourly rate (£100/US$130) for the meeting, plus travel time and related expenses if we are coming to your organisation. Though we will try to arrange this around your schedule, training is subject to staff availability on our side. We recommend discussing your needs well ahead of the time to ensure we can meet your schedule.
