How to enable and display the Enquiry button on your Private View Links (Labs feature)

We are excited to introduce the Enquiry button feature, allowing collectors to easily send direct enquiries about individual artworks in your Private View.

Please note: this is a Labs feature and, as such, it will only be available to a select group of users and for a limited time as it is still under development. For more information, please read our article on Labs features. 

Enabling the Enquiry button

To activate the Enquiry buttons in your Private View link, please follow these steps:

  1. Once logged in, navigate to Artworks > Private Views > All. 
  2. Click on New record.
  3. Open the newly created Private View link.
  4. Access the Edit panel to modify settings.
  5. Locate the Enquiry Buttons section (available as an accordion menu item).
  6. Enable Enquiry Buttons.
  7. Enter the email address where enquiries should be sent.

Once enabled, enquiry buttons will appear on each individual artwork in that Private View.

Sharing with Collectors

Once your Private View link is set up with enquiry buttons:

- Share the Private View link with your collectors.
- Collectors will see an Enquire button on each artwork.
- They can click the button to fill out a form and send a direct enquiry to the provided email address.
